Planning occurs ahead of exercises, operations, tests, and other activities. In your role, you are an important part of the chain to ensure that other parts of the department have the right conditions for design and operational management. As a specialist officer at JDLOC, you will also be responsible for follow-up and analysis of completed activities to provide feedback to the units.
In addition to the role of planner, you will also contribute to the development of the function as a whole. Tactical data links exist in all domains and on several platforms both within and outside the Armed Forces. Since the activities at JDLOC largely involve support to units both nationally and internationally, there may be some travel both within Sweden and abroad.
